You can adjust the settings of your Cisco Desk Camera 4K using the Webex App without having to leave your current conversation or conference.
During a live video call, you have the ability to adjust the settings for your camera using the Webex App.
Customize your Cisco Desk Camera 4K on Webex App
You are able to modify the settings of the camera to suit your preferences for use with Webex video chats and conferences.
Keep an eye on how you look in the mirror while you make adjustments.
Before you begin, ensure that you have completed each of the following steps before you begin configuring the camera settings on the Webex App:
Establish a connection between your camera and your computer, then release the shutter on your camera.
Put an end to any other applications that might be using your camera.

The field of view determines the width of the view that you can see from the camera. The higher degree you set, the wider view you get. When Best Overview is enabled, the field of view is set to 81. Auto anti-flicker |

If the default auto mode doesn’t eliminate the flickers, toggle the switch off and try with the available options to optimize the image quality. Default: On Options for manual mode: 50 Hz, 60 Hz |

If necessary, adjust the contrast value to improve the image clarity. Drag the slider left to decrease image contrast or right to increase contrast. |
Saturation |
A proper saturation setting makes your image look vivid. Drag the slider left or right to set your desired color tone. |
Sharpness |
Adjusts the sharpness level. A proper sharpness level renders the image details clearly. Drag the slider left to smooth the image or right to sharpen the image. |
Customize your Cisco Desk Camera 4K on Webex App

Make sure you have completed the following steps before beginning to customize the camera settings on the Webex App:
Establish a connection between your camera and the computer, then start the shutter release on your camera.

You can configure the pan, tilt, and zoom settings of the camera using the Webex App, and then save those settings as presets. You are able to save up to three different presets for usage at a later time.
The Field of view settings are not saved when using the presets.

See the section titled “Update the app to the latest release” for further information on how to update your Webex App.
