Configure Your Webex Site for Webex Education Connector
It is imperative that you set up your Webex site so it allows the necessary URL domain, as well as make sure users can access the integration, before you can install the Webex Education Connector for your Learning Management System.
Site Administration
- Go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options for Webex Site Administration and sign in with your credentials.
- Enter lti.educonnector.io in the Domain Allowing Fields, separated by a comma, after you have added the other domain names that you want to allow.
Control Hub
- When you go to https://admin.webex.com and select the customer view, you will find Apps, and the Integrations tab.
- In order for all users to be able to access integrations, make sure that Global Access is toggled on
It may be impossible for you to turn Global Access on, but you can add this integration ID if you think you need it. It is: Y2lzY29zcGFyazovL3VzL0FQUExJQ0FUSU9OL0M0NWU1YThjYzNlY2Q2MThlMjNlMzZkOWM2OWQzMzAyMDRkNDI4OTUwZGZkNj
- Click on Meeting in the left panel and then click Sites in the right panel.
- Select Configure Site from the drop-down menu and then select your site.
- Select the Site Options option under Common Settings.
- In the Allow the following URL domain names section, scroll down to the bottom and enter lti.educonnector.io, separated from the other domain names by a comma.
