Configuring Salesforce High Velocity Sales (HVS) in zoom app
Zoom Phone can now be integrated into Salesforce High Velocity Sales (HVS) through the Zoom for Salesforce app.
Prerequisites for Salesforce High Velocity Sales (HVS)

If you are using Salesforce 3.16 or higher, you can use Zoom

User account on Salesforce with an HVS license and permissions to access HVS

In Salesforce, features like HVS have been enabled and Call Results have been defined for branching.
How to configure High Velocity Sales settings
To enable the HVS settings and to select the field for the HVS disposition, follow these steps:

Click the Setup button, then click Installed Packages, and then click on the Zoom package when you are there.

Then click the Configure button.

The HVS Settings section can be found on the Configuration Panel page.

Make sure the field Enable HVS is checked.

Please select the HVS Disposition Field you would like to use.

To customize your Zoom Phone call log fields, click Zoom Phone Settings > Phone-Customize Call Log Fields. Please click the View All button.

The HVS disposition field should be added to the disposition field on the call log panel.

Object Manager can be accessed after the Access Setup has been completed.

Click on Fields & Relationships in Zoom Call Log once you have accessed it.

Click on the Values tab after you have accessed Disposition.

If you would like to edit, delete or add new values to Zoom Phone disposition field, you can do so here.
How to map disposition fields
Salesforce HVS uses predefined criteria for putting a sales cadence together, such as call results (dispositions).
It is necessary to map your call result values to Salesforce HVS call results predefined in order for HVS to be able to recognize your specific call results.

Setup should be opened first, then High Velocity Sales should be accessed.

It is in the Define Call Results for Branching section that you will find the option for Configuring High Velocity Sales.

Then click the Edit button.

The values for your HVS call results are to be entered into the appropriate HVS call results fields.

Save the file by clicking the Save button.

There is a field called Zoom Phone HVS Disposition Field that contains a number of variables that can be mapped to the Call Result Values column.
Make sure that the new disposition values are mapped appropriately if any new disposition values have been added or modified to the default disposition values.
Note: The Salesforce HVS pages must be refreshed to reflect the changes that have been made to the integration settings after changes have been made.
