Configuring Zoom credential settings for Salesforce

You will need Zoom desktop client version 5.8.3 or higher in order to use Zoom

App version 3.19 or higher of Zoom for Salesforce
How to configure Zoom credential settings
For configuring Zoom credential settings, follow these steps:

Obtaining the Zoom API Key and Zoom API Secret can be done in the following way:

Access the Zoom web portal by logging in as the administrator of your account.

You can access the App Marketplace by clicking on Advanced in the navigation menu.

Click Develop then Build App in the top right corner of the window.

Please click on the button below to accept Zoom’s terms of use and API license.

Click on the JWT tile and then click the following:

If you already have an app that relies on JWT, you can view the JWT API key and secret here.

A new API Key and secret need to be generated in order to use the API. The new app does not need to be completely created before you can use it.

Go to the Credentials tab and click on it.

The API Key and the API Secret must be copied to your clipboard.

As an administrator, you need to sign into Salesforce.

You can access Zoom Config by clicking on the Zoom icon on the App Launcher.

The field Zoom API Key must be pasted into the field Zoom API Secret, and the API Secret must be pasted into the field Zoom API Secret.

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
