Prerequisites for configuring Zoom Webinars with Salesforce

Webinar license included with Zoom account

The Salesforce Lightning Domain is a part of the Salesforce platform
Configuring Zoom Webinars settings

Navigate to Zoom Configuration from the App Launcher using the arrow keys.

The webinar information will be sent to Salesforce once you authorize it to receive it. You may display the authorization screen for the webinar by clicking here, and then clicking Authorize on the screen that appears.
You will have the ability to configure specific settings once you have authorized access to the account.

It is possible to enable the following features:

Create a campaign for each webinar: You will automatically be able to create a campaign with the title of the webinar when you create a webinar on Zoom.

Add registrants as campaign members: In Salesforce, you will be able to add your webinar registrants as campaign members once they register for your webinar.

Create new lead: It is important that you enable this setting in order for your registrants to be able to create new leads.

The settings you have made will be saved.
Verify the integration
If you wish to confirm this, you can create two registrants for a webinar in order to test and verify that the webinar is correctly triggering campaigns. It will then be necessary to approve one and deny the other, and make sure that both registrants are displayed properly in the tabs of the website.

The Zoom portal can be accessed by logging into it.

The registration approval process can be set to manually approve in the webinar after it has been created.

Make sure that you create two different webinar registers.

Make sure you are logged into Salesforce.

On the Zoom Webinars page, navigate to the webinar you would like to attend and click it.
Note: The Zoom and Salesforce synchronization process may require you to refresh the page in order to complete. -
Click Pending Approval under Registrant Management and scroll down to the bottom.

There should be one registrant approved and one denied.
There is a tab on the Blocked tab for denied registrants, while there is a tab on the Approved tab for approved registrants.
