Connect to Video Systems is Grayed Out While Joining a Meeting- Webex

When you join a meeting, the option to connect to video systems will be grayed out.
During the pre-meeting window, you will not have the ability to connect to a video device that is nearby.
To find a solution to this problem:

• After successfully logging in to the Webex Site Administration, navigate to Configuration > Common Site settings > Options.
• In the section titled “Options for Cloud Collaboration Meeting Rooms,” enable video call-back by checking the box labeled “Enable Video call-back.”
• You can choose to require users to press 1 in order to join events or meetings:
  • without pressing “1”
  • you are required to press “1”

Note: Users of the Webex Meetings program version 39.8 and later have the ability to connect their video system with or without hitting 1 themselves by going to the Preferences menu, selecting the Video system option, and then selecting the Call my video system option.
Select Update.
