Contact your Webex site administrator
Get in touch with the administrator of your site if you are having problems with your user account, such as forgetting your password or having your account locked out. They can also assist you reactivate your account. Your Webex site’s administrator should also be able to answer any queries you have regarding the capabilities that are accessible through your site.
The person who is responsible for setting up and managing your Webex site is called the site administrator. In addition to that, they will set up your account and manage the settings for your account.
You will not have access to a Webex site administrator if you are using the free version of Webex. Create a ticket if you need assistance with your account.
If the information you need to get in touch with the administrators of your Webex site isn’t readily available on that site, you can always use the support desk provided by your firm.
1. While in Modern View, pick Support from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
If you are unable to locate the option described above on the site you use for Webex Events or Webex Training, navigate to Support > Help > Contact Support.
2 To reach Webex Support, navigate to the Support menu, select Contact Us, and then scroll down the page until you reach the area labeled Contact Support.
