Zoom Account.
To designate on the global dial in the countries/ region for every zoom account user, then follow the steps below:
Step 1. For availing the privileges in editing the zoom account settings, you have to sign in to the zoom account with the admin’s role.
Step 2. From the navigation panel, you have to tap on the account management followed by the account settings.
Step 3. Then further tap on the audio conferencing section.
Step 4. Rundown below to the global dial-in region or countries tab. Further, you have to tap on the edit icon. ( It would appear with a pen symbol).
Step 5. Now, you can select the countries you think about dialing on the webinar or zoom meeting participants.
Step 6. Lastly, tap on save.
Zoom Group.
Remember, In case, you have zoom signed in to an account newly post 21- August 2021, or if the new admin experience is enabled on your account, then the group management is renewed to groups.

Step 1. To access the privileges in editing the zoom group settings, you have to sign in to the Zoom web portal with the admin’s role.
Step 2. Head on to the navigation panel from where you have to tap on the user management succeeded by group management.

Step 4. Tap on the audio conferencing section.

- In order to alter the order of the dial-in number for every country displayed with the email invitations, then choose the country name from the selected column or regions column. Then drag or down the selected countries within the list.
- For adjusting the country or region selected list, you can also turn on the include toll-free numbers option. The option comes with the audio conferencing plan. In case you wish for the meeting invitation to include the toll-free or toll numbers for the chosen countries, then the specified option is useful.
- At the time, the region or country name appears in the right sequence, then you only have to tap on save.
Ways of seeing the by default global dial-in number for zoom meeting invitations
- By scheduling a meeting.
- You can verify the meeting invitation by including the dial-in numbers of the chosen countries. Those numbers will be displayed in the chronology as you mentioned. For instance, when the selected countries/regions list displays Australia at the apex, then the dial-in numbers for Australia will get displayed instantly at the invitation succeeding by the dial-in numbers of the listed countries.
Remember, by default, the one-tap mobile data will be accessible solely for the country at the apex of the list.
