Coupon usage guide in zoom app
It is possible to use coupons on Zoom. When upgrading your account from a free/basic account to a paid account or if you are buying a new account for the first time, you will be able to add a promotional code to your account.
Prerequisites for using coupons

There are three types of account: Basic, Pro, and Business

Owner, administrator, or another role with billing privileges on the account
How to use your coupon
Entering your coupon code when purchasing without a Zoom account
Note: The purchase process will require you to create an account with Zoom during the process of making a purchase.

You can begin by clicking on Plans and Pricing and following the steps on the screen to choose the number of licenses you want, your plan, and the subscription type you wish to purchase. After you have done this click Continue to complete your purchase.

Create your account by following the steps below.

Enter your billing contact information as well as your seller’s contact information in the PAYMENT section and then choose your method of payment.

Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the PAYMENT page.

Please type your coupon code in the Add Discount box, and then click the Apply button.

Once you have reviewed the Terms and Conditions, please click the Accept button.

In order to proceed to the Review Order page, click Continue.
Entering your coupon code when purchasing from a Free/Basic account

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

Select Account Management and then Billing from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

Please select the tab titled Current Plans from the menu.

To apply your coupon code, you need to enter it in the box to the left of COUPONS, then click Apply.

Click Continue. Then you will be able to enter the necessary information in the PAYMENT section and be given the opportunity to review your order. You can then select the appropriate license and subscription cycle according to your coupon.
Entering your coupon code in a paid account
Please follow the following instructions in order to use a coupon that you have received from a Zoom partner or through a marketing campaign if it was part of the Zoom coupon program:

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

Select Account Management and then Billing from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

Go to the Current Plans tab and click on it.

To apply your coupon code, you need to enter it in the box to the left of COUPONS, then click Apply.

It is important to choose the right license and subscription cycle based on the coupon you have received, then click Continue.
Note: There will be a reduction in the price immediately reflected in your shopping cart during the checkout process.
How to add another coupon to account
The number of coupons you can add to your account is limited to two. The first coupon in the account will be active, whereas the second coupon will be in the pending state if you have both coupons in your account. When the active coupon expires, the pending coupon will become active, making it possible for you to utilize it.

Visit the Zoom web portal and sign in to your account.

Select Account Management and then Billing from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

Please select the tab titled Current Plans from the menu.

Click the Add Coupon button at the bottom of the Coupons section.

Click the Apply button after you have entered the new coupon code in the CODE box.

(Optional) In the far right corner of the Coupons page, click View to view the details of your coupon.
Additional notes about coupon codes

In order to find out whether your promotional code has any restrictions, terms, or expiration date, please contact the provider of the promotional code you currently have. There might be some codes that are only applicable to certain products or for a limited time period. You should contact the provider of the code if you are unsure whether you can apply the code to the products for which the code can be used or if your code has expired.

It may not be possible for us to apply a promotional code or discount to your account if you have already purchased your paid plan, but did not include the promotional code, until your next billing cycle once you have purchased your paid plan. Please contact Billing in order to confirm if the promotional code or discount will be able to be applied to your next billing cycle.

Please note that if you are already a Zoom Pro user, you will need to select the hyperlink of the discount code within the email at the bottom of the email in order to enter the discount codes directly from Zoom. The code will be applied to the checkout page as soon as you click this button.

The discount or promotional code you have applied to your active account may not be stacked or swapped with a different discount or promotion code if you have previously applied it to that account through the use of the same.
