Create a schedule to apply to your call settings in the calling user portal in webex
It is possible to create schedules that allow you to apply certain call settings to specific times or days of the week, depending on the particular call settings. It is possible to choose to apply the schedules that you created to selective call settings, simultaneous ring settings, and/or priority alert settings once your schedules have been created.
- In order to set up Webex Calling, you will need to navigate to https://settings.webex.com.
- You can manage your call schedules by going to Call Settings > Schedules from the Calling User Portal.
- To create a new schedule, click the New Schedule button.
- Please enter a name for your schedule.
- If you need to start or stop at a specific date and time, please choose the appropriate ones.
- If necessary, you can check All day events and/or Repeats.
- Please click the Save button.
