Creating Zoom Rooms for private meetings
If you want to hide potentially private information about a meeting from the Zoom Rooms screens, you can control the information that is displayed on them. In other words, the settings can be changed at any point in the hierarchy, whether it is at the account level or at the room level.
Prerequisites for creating Zoom rooms for private meetings

Version 4.0 or later of Zoom Rooms is required

Version 4.1 or later of the Zoom Rooms iPad controller is required

An editable role in Zoom Rooms is required for this role

There are two options available for Zoom Outlook plugins and Zoom Chrome extensions

Zoom Rooms can be integrated with your Exchange/Office365 calendar or Google Calendar if you wish to do so
How to enable private meetings for Zoom Rooms
In Zoom Rooms, by default, the display is set up to show the meetings that are scheduled for that room in the next few weeks. A public meeting will contain the time and topic of the meeting, as well as the name and address of the meeting organizer, if the meeting is public. It is not possible to see the topic of a private meeting when it is a private meeting.
Using Zoom Rooms, you can hide meeting IDs and host information from private meetings by converting all meetings to private or converting all meetings to private :

Access the Zoom web portal by signing in.

Zoom Rooms can be found under Room Management.

A specific room or location can be enabled using a location hierarchy. Activate it for your entire account by clicking Account Settings.

Go to the Meeting tab.

The Hide host and meeting ID from private meetings and Transform all meetings to private options can both be enabled by switching the toggle next to them.

Verify the change by selecting Enable in the verification dialog.
How to schedule a private meeting for Zoom Rooms
Depending on your preference, you can schedule private meetings through Outlook or Google Calendar.

On the right side of the toolbar in Outlook, click the Private icon to make your meeting private.

Choosing Private as the visibility option when scheduling your meeting in Google will make it private.
