Creating Zoom Webinars in Salesforce
For webinars, it is possible to create Zoom settings, register registrants, and manage campaigns in a variety of ways.
Prerequisites for configuring Zoom Webinars for Salesforce

A Zoom account that has been licensed for webinars

For Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Domain is required
How to configure Zoom Webinars settings for Salesforce

Access Zoom Config from the App Launcher by clicking on the icon.

The Zoom Webinars Settings for Zoom Webinars will appear, and on the screen you will be able to authorize Salesforce to receive your webinar information.

Please click on the Authorize button.
As soon as access has been granted, specific settings can be configured. -
The following check boxes need to be selected under Zoom Webinars Settings:

Create a campaign for each webinar: Zoom automatically creates a campaign with the same title each time you create a webinar on the platform.

Add registrants as campaign members: In Salesforce, once your webinar registrants have successfully registered for your webinar, they will be added to your campaign as a member.

Create new lead: This setting will allow you to create a new lead for each registrant if you enable it.

Your settings have been saved.
How to verify the integration
As a test and a confirmation, you can create two registrants for a webinar so that you can confirm that the webinar triggers campaigns properly. If you approve one, then you should deny the other. Make sure that the registration tabs are correctly displaying the registrants’ information as they should be.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

Select Webinars from the navigation menu at the top of the page.

Set a webinar to be approved manually and create a registration form for it.

The webinar registration form should be created for two different registrants.

Make sure you are logged into Salesforce.

Click the Zoom Webinars link and then select the webinar you want to attend.
Note: Zoom and Salesforce may need to be synchronized if you need to refresh the page. -
When you are in Registrant Management, scroll down to Pending Approval and click on that.

A registrant can be approved and another can be denied.
It is important to note that the approved registrant will appear in the Approved tab while the denied registrant will appear in the Blocked tab.
