Customer Context Gadget: Add a Comment in webex
You can add a comment to a customer interaction in order to create a note. There is a timestamp next to each comment as well as a name next to it indicating who made it. Each activity has a specific set of comments that are specific to it. Commenting on more than one request or activity at the same time is not possible.

There is a limit of 5,000 characters for comments.
The comments box can be resized by clicking the icon next to it. The maximum comment length in the box can also be changed by clicking on Show More or Show Less, depending on what you want.
