Customer Context Gadget: Create a New Request in webex
Before You Begin
When a customer needs help with a new issue, you can create a new request in the Finesse Customer Context gadget.
Prior to creating a new request, you should Create a New Customer if the customer is a new one.
Create a New Request
A new request can be created by either of the following methods:

Click on the Add Request button. In order to take care of the new request, a new activity has been created and added to the customer journey. It is proposed that the new activity be conducted using the same type of media as the existing customer interaction.

A customer journey is a place in which an open activity is moved to the New Request box. Using the drag handle on the right side of the activity, you will be able to move it within the customer journey. See Move an Activity for more information if you would like to know more.
