Customize Email Templates
You can customize the meeting join details that are included in invites sent out by the calendar service.

Log in to the WebEx account using the customer view at https://admin.webex.com/login.
2 Navigate to the Services section of the left-hand navigation bar, and then click Meeting > Settings.
3 Navigate to the area labeled “Meeting Join Customization.”
4 You have the option of showing. Join by providing your phone number.
When you offer the dial-in details, you have the option of additionally include a link to toll-free calling limits, a link to worldwide call-in numbers, or both. Alternatively, you can choose not to include either of these links.
5 You have the option of showing or hiding details when joining from a video conferencing program or device.
When you are providing the information for the video dialing, you have the option of also providing an IP address for the IVR, a link to join Skype for Business, or both.
6 To generate a personalized header and footer for any of the languages that the Hybrid Calendar Service supports, first click the Add a Language button, and then choose the language from the drop-down box that appears after clicking the button. Click the Save button once you have the header and footer text exactly how you want it.
The header and footer values can have a combined total of no more than 1024 characters, including any associated spaces.
7 You will be able to select a language as a default for any other language that does not already have a custom header and footer specified once you have added a custom header and footer for a language and saved it. Your default language choice saves automatically.
