Customize Your Headset Notifications-Webex

Your headset will inform you to events such as incoming calls, the state of your battery charge, and the status of your Bluetooth connection by playing audio notifications by default.

You have the ability to personalize the kinds of audio notifications that will play in your headset.
1.  Choose your headset from the drop-down menu in the Cisco Headsets app, then go to Settings > Audible Notification.

2.  Choose the notification customization that has to be adjusted. Your changes are being saved immediately.
