Customize your registration page in Webex Webinars

In your role as the host of the webinar, you have the ability to customize the registration form so that you can provide a more personalized experience for your attendees. In order to see how it will look on computers and mobile devices, you can customize and preview the color theme, logo, background, and speaker profiles so that you know how they will look on any device.

Once you have logged into your Webex site, click on the Calendar tab.

Please select the webinar that you would like to attend. On the Branding page, click on the Edit button.

  • When you click Layout, you will be able to customize the theme, logo, background image, text color, and button style.

  • You can hide or show the host, the speaker, or the agenda by clicking the Content tab.

The following image shows how your page will look in a mobile or desktop browser when you click or .

Then click the Save button.
