Customize your site’s download link in webex
When a user is browsing your Webex site, the navigation menu consists of a list of links that they can click on when they are on the site.
Control Hub
- Visit http://admin.webex.com and log into the Control Hub. From there, click on Meetings to access the Meetings page.
- If you want to manage the meeting site, select it from the meeting sites list and once the overview panel appears, click on Configure Site.
- Choose Site Options from the list of Common Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.
- It is possible to customize all services from the left navigation bar by changing the settings.
- If you want to customize the links for Help, Downloads, Training, or Contact Us, you can do it under the Support section.
- The URLs you provide must be either displayed in a New Window, or in the Main, Parent, or Top frame of the browser of the user, depending on whether you wish to open them in a New Window or in a New Window.
- The link to your download can be hidden from guest users in order to prevent them from clicking the download link.

Site Administration
- Open the Webex Administration page by logging into your Webex site.
- In order to access the options, you have to go to Configuration > Site Settings > Common Site Settings.
- Click on the Customization for All Services section on the Left Navigation Bar and scroll down to the bottom.
- If you want to customize the links for Help, Downloads, Training, or Contact Us, you can do it under the Support section.
- The URLs you provide must be either displayed in a New Window, or in the Main, Parent, or Top frame of the browser of the user, depending on whether you wish to open them in a New Window or in a New Window.
- The link to your download can be hidden from guest users in order to prevent them from clicking the download link.
- In the Site Options, you will find a checkbox that says Hide the Download link for guest users in case you don’t want to let guest users see your custom download link.
- Click on the Update button.
