Customizing the recording consent disclaimer in zoom App
Meeting or webinar participants are asked to consent to being recorded when the recording consent disclaimer is displayed. When a recording begins or when a session has already begun, participants receive a notification. Participants have the option of participating or leaving the session. Those who consented to the session can be listed in a report generated by the host after the session.
Depending on the account type, you can modify some recording notification settings. You can learn how to modify recording notification settings.
The admin can enable custom disclaimers for their users when they start or join meetings or webinars, or when they sign in to their account, in addition to recording consent disclaimers. Learn more about custom disclaimers for meetings, webinars, and sign-in.
