Customizing the Start widget in zoom app
The Start widget can be edited by the admins of the contact center. Using the Start widget, you can begin a process or flow that involves voice, video, chat, or SMS messaging.
The Start widget can, for example, be assigned a phone number and use that number as the entry point for entering information. By doing this, you enable the widget to start the flow whenever a call is made to an associated phone number, which can be selected on the widget settings page. The admins can connect the Start widget to other widgets once they have set up the Start widget.
