Dashboard for Zoom Rooms
On the zoom rooms section of the dashboard, you are given an overview of the type of configuration the room has, the passcode it has, and probably the most important thing, its current availability to other users for use in their meetings. In the health status notification section of Zoom Rooms you can quickly identify if there are any problems with the room by selecting the health column. The details of the room can be found by clicking on the name of the room.

How to access the Zoom Rooms Dashboard

To access the Zoom website, you will need to sign in.

Click on Dashboard from the navigation panel on the left.

On the Dashboard screen, go to the Zoom Rooms tab at the top.
How to use Zoom Rooms Dashboard
Zoom Room List
As you move your cursor over Zoom Rooms tab, you will be able to see the percentage of Zoom Rooms in total, as well as a counter showing the number of Zoom Rooms with Critical or Warning level issues. The Search field is right next to these statistics on the left side of the screen, where you can enter the name of a Zoom Room in order to find it. In the right-hand corner, there is an option to customize the data and export it to a CSV file. Also, you are able to change the location of a Zoom Room so that you can view rooms from a specific location within the Zoom Room.
Columns that are included by default are:

Room Name: There is a Zoom Room named Zoom Room that you can join.

Display Name:

Health: There are no issues, warnings, or critical conditions associated with the Zoom Room at present.

Issue: The Zoom Room is currently reporting a number of Warning or Critical issues that need to be resolved.

Account Type: In order to use the calendar service, the type of service account needs to be set up.

Status: Zoom Room is currently in a state of operation.

Version: Versions of the Zoom Room devices that are currently available for use in the Zoom Room.
As well as providing more information to the table, you can also add custom tracking fields as well as other information columns. A table can be expanded by adding more columns as follows:

Then click on the Customize button.

The fields you wish to add to your view can be selected by selecting the check boxes to the left of them.

The check boxes to the left of any undesired fields can also be cleared to remove those fields from your view (optional).
Zoom Room Details
For details about a Zoom Room, click on its name to be taken to its page. Zoom Room comes with a variety of specifications for its computers, which can be found on the Room Details page, including the following:

Computer Model: Zoom Room computer model designation is given by the manufacturer of the computer.

Version: Version number of the operating system.

Serial number: There should be a serial number on the device (if applicable).

CPU Cores: In terms of CPU cores, the device has a certain number of cores.

Memory: On a computer, RAM is a measure of how much memory has been installed.
-
Memory Banks: Currently, there are a total of eight memory slots (RAM) available for use.

Display Count: Zoom Room’s computer has the capability of connecting up to eight displays at a time.

Network Type: There are several types of network connections available (wired, wireless, etc.).

Device Type: In order to run Zoom Room, a computer of this type is used.
This display will show a live meeting if the room is currently participating or hosting one, as well as any computer specifications associated with that meeting.
The live meeting is displayed below and you will be able to see a list of past meetings that have been held within the room for the specified time period in the past.
In both the live meeting and the past meeting details, you can see the following information:

Meeting ID: Meeting ID is a number that identifies the meeting.

Topic: In this meeting, the topic will be discussed.

Host: This is the name of the user who is hosting the website.

Email: This is the host’s email address.
-
User Type: An indication of the type of user on the host.

Start Time: The start time of the meeting.
-
End Time: The end time of the meeting.

Duration (hh:mm:ss): Meeting duration will be determined by the participants.

Participants: This table shows how many people attended the meeting and how many have left.

In-room participants: A conference room full of participants.
-
Host Data Center: Host’s data center is where the data is stored.

Phone: Indicates whether any participants were able to join the audio session via telephone.

VoIP: The name of the participant(s) who joined the audio via a computer or mobile device will be indicated.

Video: Indicate if any of the participants have sent video through their cameras.

Screen Sharing: Indicates if any participants of the meeting were participating in a screen sharing session.

Recording: Indicates if any recordings have been made of the meeting.

CRC: The presence of an H.323/SIP device in the meeting is indicated by this field.

Encryption: The encryption status of the meeting is indicated by this field.
You can find details about the participants of a meeting by clicking on the Meeting ID number associated with a live or past meeting.
