Dedicated Instance License Usage- Webex
The Dedicated Instance will show the data of the utilization of the Dedicated Instance clustered by area for the related subscribers.
License Reporting
Make use of the report on the use of dedicated instances in order to obtain a grasp of the license consumption and to confirm whether or not licenses are being used for a certain region.

Customer
Viewing License Usage Details
To view the specifics of the license’s usage:
- Using the customer credentials you have on file, log in to the Cisco Webex Control Hub by going to https://admin.webex.com/login.
- To access the Dedicated Instance subscription summary linked with the subscription ID on the Cisco Webex Control Hub, select Account from the left menu under Management, and then select Subscriptions on the top right of the screen.
- You may view License consumption across all subscribers.
- Dedicated Instance, these details show the license usage for Dedicated Instance.
- To display the Dedicated Instance usage details by cluster for the related region of the subscribers, click the display Dedicated Instance usage details button.
- Details on the Region, Server, Professional license Usage, Common Area, and Speech View license usage by Cluster are displayed in the Dedicated Instance Usage by Cluster section of the UI.
- You will only see the Speech View column if you have paid for a subscription to receive Speech View licenses.
- Simply selecting the Ok button will take you back to the subscription summary page.
Dedicated Instance Usage Details
On the Calling page, you can also view the specifics of how your Dedicated Instance is being used.
Viewing the activation state of the Dedicated Instance service can be done by going to services and selecting Calling > Dedicated Instance > state.

Server | The server that is used for Dedicate Instance cluster configuration. |
Professional | The fully-featured plan for workers and contractors who, as part of their professional responsibilities, use numerous communication devices, including Teams. Voicemail service is included with this plan. |
Common Area | The licenses for the common areas are used up by hard endpoints that aren’t associated with any specific user. This includes Analog Devices as well as devices in the conference room, corridor, and common areas. |
Room Systems |
When registering to a Dedicated Instance, all telepresence endpoints (TP) will be accounted for as Webex devices. |
Speech View |
The text version of the voice message is sent to your email inbox after being converted from voice to text by Cisco Speech View. This enables you to read your voice messages and take instant action on the information contained within them. This provides the number of licenses for Speech View that have been used. For further information on the SpeechView Data Sheet, please refer to the Data Sheets. |

- View the Specifics of Your Subscription
- To view a summary of your subscription, please:
- Using the partner administrator login, which may be found at https://admin.webex.com/login, sign in to the Cisco Webex Partner Hub.
- Select the customer by clicking the Customers tab first.
- If you want to view the details of the customer’s subscription without activating the customer portal, you can do so by going to the View Customer panel and clicking the Subscriptions button, followed by the Webex Calling button.
- Simply launch the organization data by clicking the View Customer button.
