Delete a File from Your Media Manager in Webex
1 Visit https://admin.webex.com and log in as a customer. From there, navigate to Services > Call > Settings, scroll down until you see Company Media On Hold, and then select Media Manager.
2 Select the file you wish to remove, click, and then select the remove option from the drop-down menu.
3 (Optional) Proceed to your trash and remove all of the files there. Click Delete All.
