Deploying the legacy API Connector in High Availability in zoom App
Zoom API Connectors for SIP/H.323 devices support deployment of multiple Connectors not only for zone management, but also in high availability situations. The secondary Zoom API Connector, once deployed in High Availability mode, will work in tandem with the primary Zoom Room API Connector. The standby will take over if the primary Zoom API Connector is unavailable.
VM requirements

How to deploy the legacy API Connector in High Availability
- Go to the Zoom web portal.
- Select Room Management from the navigation panel, then select Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
- Select API Connectors.
- To install a High Availability API Connector, click the Install button next to it.
- Install ZoomAPIConnector.msi on the installation computer if ZoomAPIConnector.msi was downloaded on another computer.
- You can begin the installation process by double-clicking ZoomAPIConnector.msi.
- Click Next after accepting the license agreement and specifying the installation location in the wizard.
- In the Customize this installation page of the wizard, enter the Connector ID.
This is the value that was automatically generated in the procedure to associate the Zoom Connector to the network.
- When the installation is complete, click Next, then Install.
- Click Finish to close the wizard when the installation is complete.
- When the API connector is deployed, the status of the second host will be displayed.
