Disabling touch-functions on a Zoom Room display
For those of you who do not wish to use Zoom Rooms for Touch but have a touch screen monitor, you can disable the touch screen driver on Windows. If you do this, you can use a touchscreen monitor with Zoom Rooms as if it were a regular Zoom Rooms display.
Note: This is a setting that can be disabled from the controller or web interface if you are running version 4.5.0 (1032.0906) or higher.
Prerequisites

A version of Zoom Rooms for Windows, 4.0.44731.0823 or higher, must be installed

It is recommended that you use Zoom Rooms Controller for Windows, version 4.0.44731.0823 or higher

Using a touch screen computer with Windows version 10.x or higher would be ideal
Instructions
Note: If Zoom Rooms for Touch is running, please exit the application so that it can be restarted.

Make sure you are logged in as an administrator on your Windows PC.

By holding down the Windows key and pressing S at the same time, you can enter “device manager” into the search box.
Alternatively, you can type in the search field of the Windows search bar or click on the Device Manager icon in the Control Panel to access the device manager. -
Select the Device Manager option from the menu.

The Human Interface Devices section will be expanded when you double-click it.

You can disable a HID-compliant touch screen by right-clicking it and clicking Disable device.
It will appear a dialog box asking for your confirmation as soon as you click on it. -
Click the Yes button to confirm your decision.
If you disable the HID-compliant touch screen, you will see an icon beside it as an indication that it has been disabled. -
Zoom Rooms are now open for business.
As a regular Zoom Rooms monitor, the monitor will be used in the same way.
