Downgrading from a Business to a Pro plan in zoom app
There is an option to downgrade your Zoom Business plan to a Zoom Pro plan through the Zoom web portal. Upon downgrading from a different plan, you will need to contact Zoom Sales in order to discuss your options. It is possible to downgrade a plan during a billing period, however, the account changes will not take effect until the end of the billing period, if the plan is eligible for it. At the end of the current billing period, if you downgrade from an existing Business plan, you will lose all features of that plan as well.
Note: In the case of your account being in a contract, the retention and renewals team will be in touch with you. It may not be possible for you to downgrade if you are not eligible under the contract you have in place.

How to downgrade from a Business plan to a Pro plan by following these instructions

If you are the owner or administrator of the Zoom account, please log into the Zoom web portal.

Click on Account Management from the navigation menu, then click on Billing from the menu.

Go to the Current Plans tab and click on it.

Click on the Edit Current Plan link next to your Business plan.

Then click on the link next to Would you like to downgrade to a Pro plan under Choose Your Plan.
