Edge Audio Webex Site Settings in the CCA Portal

You will be able to see what Edge Audio settings are configured for a Webex site if it is configured with Cisco Webex Edge Audio in the Cisco Webex Cloud Connected Audio Portal if the Webex site is configured with Cisco Webex Edge Audio.

  1. Click on Configuration in the Webex CCA Portal after you have logged in.
  2. Go to Edge Audio > Edge Audio Settings, then choose a customer.
  3. The Edge Audio settings can be viewed by selecting View on the Webex site.

Scripts for Edge Audio can be downloaded, and other settings can be viewed.
