Edit a Media On Hold File in webex

There are no limits to how you can change the title and description of your own media on hold file after it has been uploaded into the system.

  1. To manage company media on hold, go to Services > Call > Settings on the customer view of www.webex.com, scroll down to Company Media On Hold, and click Manage.
  2. You can edit a file by clicking and selecting Edit.
  3. Save the title or description after you have changed it.

Up to 48 characters can be used in the title.
