Changing some of the attributes of the Virtual Agent enables you to edit some of the properties of the Virtual Agent as you wish.

  1. Visit https://admin.webex.com to log in to the organization’s administration page.
  2. On the left side of the screen, click Contact Center > Features under the Services section in the navigation pane.
  3. The virtual assistant that you want to edit will appear in the Virtual Agent tab if you select it.
  4. If you want to change an attribute, you need to modify it.
  5. To save your edits, click the Finish button at the bottom of the page.
