Edit a Virtual Agent in Webex Contact Center
Changing some of the attributes of the Virtual Agent enables you to edit some of the properties of the Virtual Agent as you wish.
- Visit https://admin.webex.com to log in to the organization’s administration page.
- On the left side of the screen, click Contact Center > Features under the Services section in the navigation pane.
- The virtual assistant that you want to edit will appear in the Virtual Agent tab if you select it.
- If you want to change an attribute, you need to modify it.
- To save your edits, click the Finish button at the bottom of the page.
