Do you feel more comfortable using the abbreviated version of your name, or perhaps your middle name? There is no need to worry about that because you can modify the way that your name appears in your biography. You can further customize your profile by uploading a profile photograph to represent you.

Steps to Change Webex Profile Picture and Edit Profile:

1. Log in to your Webex account and click on the down arrow next to your name.
2. From the dropdown menu, choose My Profile.
3. To change your profile picture only, hover over your current picture and click Change, then upload your new image.
4. To edit your profile information, click on Edit My Profile.
5. On the Edit My Webex Profile page, enter your preferred First and Last name. If you’re unable to change your name due to corporate directory restrictions, you can enter a Display name instead. Note that the “()” characters won’t be displayed as part of your name if included in the Display name field. You can also upload a new profile picture on this page by clicking on Change profile picture.
6. Once you’ve made your desired changes, click Save to update your profile.

Change your email address or password

Please note that depending on your site settings, you may not have the ability to edit this information if your site uses Single Sign-on (SSO).

1. Sign in to your Webex site and hover over the down arrow next to your name.
2. Choose “My Profile” from the list.
3. On the “Edit My Webex Profile” page, select “Edit” next to the Email or Password field that you want to change.
4. Make your desired changes and click “Save”..
