Enable Activity Indicators on Board, Desk, and Room series Devices-Webex

You are able to observe who is drawing and annotating in a call thanks to the activity indicators. When someone is drawing or annotating on the whiteboard, the avatars of the other players or the initials of the device that is drawing or annotating are displayed so that you can keep track of who is doing what.

Activity indicators have their settings defaulted to “on.” They can be configured through the device’s native web interface, which is available. You can find more information on how to access it by reading the article titled “Device Configurations.”

Once the web interface of the device has been accessed, go to the tab labeled “Setup,” click “Settings,” and then pick the appropriate setting for the following:
