Enable Category Management for Your Cisco Webex Training Site in Cisco Webex Control Hub
To make managing your sessions and recordings as easy as possible, you can categorize them.
The hosts can create categories for their recordings and sessions after you have enabled category management in your account. It helps to categorize content and recordings so that users can find specific content or recordings easier when searching.
- Take a look at the customer view at https://admin.webex.com. You will see the Services section.
- The first step is to select Meeting, then choose Sites, then select the site you wish to configure.
- The site options can be found under the Webex Training tab.
- Select the check box next to Enable category management and click OK.
- Then click the Update button.
