Enable Differentiated Service for Calls in Cisco Jabber for Android in webex
A differentiating service allows you to receive data from a call consistently, regardless of the network conditions. All other data will be subordinated to this one. In order to prevent interruptions to your call, this option is enabled by default.
There is a default setting that enables this option. Unless you are experiencing issues related to one of these scenarios, we recommend not disabling this option:

Other parties will be able to hear you or see you, but you will not be able to hear or see them

There is a problem with your Wi-Fi connection that is causing unexpected disconnections
The quality of audio and video may be diminished by disabling differentiated service for calls.
Before you begin
When you can’t find this option on the Cisco Jabber for Android client, you should speak with your administrator.
- Click on the Settings button.
- Click on the Audio and Video tab.
- Select the option to enable differentiating service for your calls.
