Enable enterprise content delivery network for Webex, through VBrick Rev

A Webex meeting, Webex webinar, or Webex event (classic) can be streamed directly to Brick Rev through enterprise content delivery networks (eCDNs). Webex Meeting hosts are able to reach a wider audience and easily share their video, content, and presentations through familiar Webex controls.

Before you begin

It is necessary to set up and configure an eCDN tenant site based on the Vbrick Rev systems.

Site administration

Go to Navigation > Configuration > Common Site Settings and select the option “Options” before signing into site administration.

There is a setting under the Webcast service section that allows eCDNs to be enabled through VBrick Rev to enable enterprise content delivery networks (eCDNs).

Your VBrick Rev site should be configured with the following information:

• VBrick Rev tenant URL

• VBrick Rev API key

• VBrick Rev API secret

The configuration can be verified by clicking on Test.

Control Hub

The customer view can be found at https://admin.webex.com, then click on Service, then Meeting, and then click the Sites tab.

Choose the Webex site for which you wish to make changes and then choose Configuration > Common Settings > Site Options from the drop-down menu.

Using Vbrick Rev, select Enable enterprise content delivery network (eCDN) in the Webcast service section.

Configure your Brick Rev site using the following information:

• Vbrick Rev tenant URL

• Vbrick Rev API key

• Vbrick Rev API secret

Verify that the configuration is correct by clicking Test.
