Enable Force Authentication for Webex with Directory Connector in Control Hub – Webex
Enabling force authentication whenever users change their passwords for Webex is one way to improve the overall security of your firm. After the new passwords have been discovered by Directory Connector, users will be required to check in to the Webex app once again.
Before you begin
In order to enable this setting for your business, you will first need to have Directory Synchronization and single sign-on (SSO) configured.
1 Visit the Organization Settings page at https://admin.webex.com/customer/ while logged in as a customer.
2 Move down the page until you reach the Directory Synchronization section, and then turn on the switch labeled Force authentication when users change passwords.
