Enable Restrictions for Guests in Team Spaces in webex

There is no way for people to become members of a team when they are added as guests to a team space. The space settings can also be changed to prevent guests from adding and removing participants, changing the name of the space, and editing the settings of the space.

  1. If you are logged into your Webex account at https://admin.webex.com, click Services under the Settings tab, within the Messages card.
  2. Ensure that Team Guest Restrictions are enabled by toggleing the Enable restrictions for team guests switch to the on position.
