Enable the Recording Auto-Deletion Policy in Cisco Webex Control Hub
You can set the duration of time that a host can access a meeting recording before the recording is automatically removed from the trash when it expires.
For a period of 30 days after a recording has been moved to the trash, you can restore it. As soon as the recordings have been in the system for 30 days, they will be permanently deleted.
- In the customer view of https://admin.webex.com, under Meetings, select Sites from the list of services available on the right.
- You can change the settings for the Webex site if you select it and click Configure Site under the Webex site you wish to change.
- You will find Site Options under the Common Settings section.
- It is recommended that you check the auto-delete box for Support Recordings.
- The Recording Retention Days field allows the host to define how many days he/she can access their recordings over the course of the month (7-3600 days).
- Then click the Update button.
