Enable the Recording Auto-Deletion Policy in Cisco Webex Site Administration
You have the ability to determine the maximum number of days that a host can access their meeting records before those recordings are automatically deleted.
You have the ability to restore recordings even after they have been moved to the trash and have been there for up to 30 days. The recordings are permanently removed from the system after a period of thirty days.
1. After logging in, navigate to the Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options menu item in Webex Site Administration.
2. Scroll down until you reach Site Options, and then tick the box next to Support Recording Auto-Deletion Policy.
3. In the area labeled “Recording Retention Days,” enter the number of days (7-3600 days) during which a host will be able to view their recordings.
4. Click Update.
