Enable or disable Webex Cloud-Connected UC Services in the Control Hub
With Webex Cloud-Connected UC, you can gather information about your on-premises deployment and analyze analytics data through Analytics, Certificate Management, Operational Metrics, Borderless CTI, and Deployment Insights. These services can be enabled or disabled according to your needs.
- In Control Hub, in order to view the inventory for the customer, first navigate to Services > Connected UC, then click the Inventory button on the UC Management card.
This list contains cluster groups with a description, a status, cluster groups, and nodes under each group.
- In the cluster group that the node belongs to, click Details next to the node’s name.
As soon as you select a cluster group, the Inventory page will appear with a list of clusters that belong to that cluster group.
- If the node belongs to a cluster, you need to click on Details next to the cluster name.
A dialog box appears with the name of the Node, the version, the product, and status information.
- You can do this by clicking the ellipsis … icon that appears next to Event History on the left-hand side of the screen.
A listing of all the services you can take advantage of can be found on the Service Management page, where you will find a variety of services available including Analytics, Certificate Management, Operational Metrics, Borderless CTI, Deployment Insights, and many more.
- If you would like to enable the service that you require, simply click the toggle button and follow the on-screen instructions to do so.
