Enable Webex Meetings Virtual Desktop Software
Site administrators have the ability to configure their instances of Webex Meetings to work in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) settings. It is not necessary for you to enable this feature because your website already has VDI functionality enabled if you are using the most recent version of Webex.
1 After logging in, navigate to the Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options menu item in Site Administration.
2 Move your cursor to Site Options, and then select the check box labeled “Enable meeting client for VDI.”
Because this feature toggle is no longer necessary, it has been removed from the most recent version of Webex and is therefore unavailable.
3 Select Update.
1 Beginning in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com, navigate to the Services menu and then choose Sites.
URLs associated with Webex are formatted as example.webex.com.
2 Choose your website, and then click the Configure Site button.
3 Navigate to the Common Settings menu, then pick Site Information from the menu.
4 Mark the checkbox that says “Enable meeting client for VDI,” and then click the Save button.
Because this feature toggle is no longer necessary, it has been removed from the most recent version of Webex and is therefore unavailable.
