Enabling classic whiteboard in zoom app
During a meeting, hosts and participants are able to share a whiteboard by enabling the classic whiteboard.

Prerequisites for enabling classic whiteboard

How to enable classic whiteboard
Screen sharing settings disabled will automatically disable Whiteboard (Classic) settings.
Account
The following steps must be taken in order to make Whiteboard available to all users:

Admins with the right to edit account settings should sign into Zoom’s web portal.

Account Management and Account Settings can be accessed from the navigation menu.

Go to the Meeting tab.

To enable the Whiteboard (Classic), click the toggle under In Meeting (Basic).

Verify the change by clicking Enable if a verification dialog appears.

For users in your account that want this setting to be mandatory, click the lock icon, then click Lock to confirm.
Group
A group of users can enable Whiteboard by following these steps:

To edit groups, sign in as an admin on the Zoom web portal.

To access Groups, click User Management in the navigation menu.

From the list, click the name of the applicable group.

Go to the Meeting tab.

To enable the Whiteboard (Classic), click the toggle under In Meeting (Basic).

Verify the change by clicking Enable if a verification dialog appears.
Note: It is necessary to change the option at the account level if the option is grayed out. -
The lock icon allows you to make this setting mandatory for all group members by clicking it, and then clicking Lock to confirm.
User
For your own use of Whiteboard, follow these steps:

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

Click Settings from the navigation panel.

Select the Meeting tab.

To enable the Whiteboard (Classic), click the toggle under In Meeting (Basic).

Verify the change by clicking Enable if a verification dialog appears.
Note: There might be a grayed out option which means that it has been locked at the account or group level and needs to be changed at that level as well.
