Enabling or disabling Display meetings scheduled for others in zoom app
It is possible for an admin to enable the setting that displays meetings that are scheduled for others. A meeting administrator must additionally add users to the meeting, as well as designate them as alternate hosts as well as grant them the ability to schedule the meetings within the meeting. When they wish to schedule a meeting with the admin, those designated users will have the option of viewing and filtering the admin’s scheduled meetings in order to schedule a meeting with them. Using this setting can be useful if you are arranging a meeting on behalf of someone else or avoiding conflicts in the schedule as an alternative host for a meeting.
There is a possibility that users will only see their meetings if the setting is disabled, even if they are appointed to schedule meetings.
Notes:
-
The alternative host must also be granted scheduling privileges in order to enable them to view or filter the meetings that are scheduled for them in addition to enabling the Display meetings scheduled for others setting
-
It is only possible to view the meetings of other users – that you are an alternative host for – that you are an alternative host for – if those users manually add you to their list of alternative hosts.
