Enabling or disabling international calling in zoom App
International calling can be enabled or disabled by admins, along with specifying the countries or regions allowed for outbound calls. An audio prompt will inform users if international calling is disabled, so they can cancel the call.
Prerequisites for enabling or disabling international calling and specifying allowed countries/regions
- Accounts for Business, Education, or Pro
- Account owners or administrators
- Can use Zoom Phone
How to enable or disable international calling
- You can access the policy settings.
- Enable or disable International Calling by clicking the toggle.
- In the next section, you can specify which countries/regions can be called from outbound.
How to specify allowed countries/regions for outbound calling
You can select which countries/regions phone users can call after changing the policy setting for international calling.
- To access the Zoom website, you will need to sign in.
- Click Account Management on the navigation menu, then click Billing to access the Zoom website.
- Click the Zoom Phone link on the left-hand side of the page.
- On the Country/Region tab, click Edit.
- You can select the countries or regions from which users can make calls using the check boxes.
- Then click Save.
