Depending on the queues you are a member of, you are able to enable or disable inbound notifications. In addition to this, you can also opt in and out of a queue at any time.
Only the desktop client has the ability to set this. It is possible to disable notifications from the billing queue if, for example, you are a member of both the billing queue and customer service queue, but still receive notifications from the customer service queue while you are disabling billing notifications.
Prerequisites for enabling or disabling queue notifications
You will need Zoom desktop client 5.9.3 or higher if you are using Windows or macOS
Whether you are a Business, Education, or Pro account holder
A license for Zoom Contact Center is required

You can enable or disable inbound notifications from a queue by clicking the toggle next to its name in the status drop-down menu located in the top-left corner of your page.
