Enabling participants video in zoom app
With the participation video option, meeting participants have the option of starting a meeting with video enabled. It is possible for the meeting to begin without the participant video being active if the participant video choice is disabled. The setting can be changed during the meeting by the participants.

How to enable or disable participants video
Account

You will be able to sign into your Zoom account once you have logged in.

Select Account Management from the navigation panel, and then select Account Settings from the Account Management menu.

Click on the Meeting tab on the left side of the screen.

It is possible to enable Participants video in the Schedule Meeting section by clicking on the toggle switch. Click Enable in the Enable “Participant video” pop-up window that appears.

The Lock “Participants video” pop-up window will appear, and in it you will be prompted to choose why you want the “Participants video” setting to be mandatory for all members of the entire account. Click the Lock “Participants video” button.
Group

You will be able to sign into your Zoom account once you have logged in.

Click on the User Management icon in the navigation panel, then click on the Group Management icon.

Choose the group that you would like to join.

Click on the Meeting tab on the left side of the screen.

You can enable Participants video by clicking on the toggle next to the Schedule Meeting section. When you get a popup window that asks you to enable the “Participants video”, click the Enable button.

In the Lock “Participants video” pop-up window, in the “The lock “Participants video” window, click Lock if you want this setting to be mandatory for all members of the group.
User

Select Settings from the navigation panel at the top of the screen.

Click on the Meeting tab on the left side of the screen.

It is possible to enable Participants video in the Schedule Meeting section by clicking the toggle switch.
Note: It may be necessary to contact your account administrator if the Participant video has been disabled and locked.
