Enabling public event list in zoom App
Overview
Once scheduled, public Zoom meetings and webinars will be available on a public calendar associated with your vanity URL for up to 12 months after they are scheduled. Zoom lets you enable an option for scheduling Zoom meetings and webinars on a public calendar associated with your vanity URL. In this list you can find a list of meeting and webinar dates and times. This list can be seen both inside and outside of Zoom, and users can join or register for a meeting or webinar by clicking on a link.
Prerequisites
- Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Approved Vanity URL
- Must be enabled by support, for the option to show in the web portal. After contacting support, please allow up to 3 business days for the feature to be enabled.
