Error: ‘100051’ when Trying to Log in to the Cisco Webex Meetings App Using an Attendee Account
Error: ‘100051’ and Error: ‘100054’
Why is it that using my attendee account to check in to the Cisco Webex mobile app isn’t working?
When attempting to log in to the Cisco Webex Meetings app with an attendee only account, you will receive the error code 100051.
When attempting to log in to the Cisco Webex Meetings app with an attendee only account, you will receive the error ‘100054’.
Solution:
You will need to make use of an account that provides host credentials in order to log in and host meetings through the mobile app. You are able to continue participating in meetings using the mobile meetings app even if you have not logged in.
If you are trying to simply join the meeting and you receive this problem, but you are not trying to log in, then please verify with the person who is hosting the meeting. It’s possible that the Webex site has the setting “Require users to have an account when joining by phone” active, which means that in order to participate in the meetings, you’ll need to log in first.
In order to participate in the meeting, you will need to first ask the host to create a “Attendee only” account for you, and then you will need to log in to the app to join the meeting.
