On the Webex Share Screen view, the error message “Automatic pairing is off” appears.
When a user tries to use screen sharing while automatic pairing is disabled, the following error is displayed on their screen:

To find a solution to this problem:
1. Turn off automatic pairing by selecting the option in the Share Screen View menu.

- When you enter the Preferences or Options window, the Devices tab will become visible.
2. Choose one of the following options, depending on the operating system you are using:

- Windows: To enable automatic pairing, check the box and then click the Save button.

- Mac: Make sure the box labeled Automatic Pairing is checked.
