Error: ‘Request failed with status code 400’- Webex

“Request failed with status code 400,” the error message reads.
Error message “Request failed with status code 400” appears whenever a Slido Event is selected in Webex Meetings.
Error 400 occurred when attempting to pick a Slidio poll or Q&A in Webex Meetings.

Cause

When a Webex host tries to initiate a Slido Event (Poll/Q&A) in Cisco Webex Meetings, they could get an error message that says “Request failed with status code 400.”

Send in an issue report for Webex, and then establish a help ticket for Slido with the ID of the problem report you just submitted.

Workaround

As a workaround, you can create a new Slido event by visiting http://slido.com/ and then selecting the newly created Slido event under Cisco Webex Meetings Slido Apps.
