My SSO-enabled Webex account will not let me sign in, and here’s why: Error 18
Cause:
This problem generally arises in situations in which single sign-on (SSO) has been enabled on a Cisco Webex Meetings Site, but the user’s host account has been deleted, either in the active directory of the firm or in the site management for the Webex site.
Solution:
If you are a host or a user and you are receiving this error, please check with the administrator of your site and the IT department in your organization for assistance in checking the status of your account. In order to rectify the situation, it will be necessary for your account to be reactivated.

Check to see if the user’s host account has been disabled in the Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration. Additionally, ensure that the user’s account is active in the Active Directory of your firm.
